We pushed live an update tonite, making a couple of new blocks available

Next Raid
The next raid block shows your next upcoming participation event (raid). It lists basic information about the event, along with the currently signed up participants and the order they signed up in.

You can sign up to say you are coming right from the block, which should help to make the sign-up functionality more visible and on the day of the raid make it easier to see who is coming.

Tabula Rasa Server Status
There is now a Tabula Rasa server status block you can enable for your site. Like the other server status blocks it reads your server from the guild settings tab, so ensure it is set correctly and that your game is set to Tabula Rasa.

Recruitment Block
Just a quick update on this block we added last week, it is now possible to change the text shown on the block - if you choose to leave it blank it uses the default message

does the Next Raid box take the information from the calendar?

Yes the Next Raid will find and show the next upcoming event from the calendar that is of type "Participation"

The 'next raid' block is a great idea. However, when I added it to my site, it didn't load the raid happening later on today, but went straight for tomorrow's. While I can see some guilds prefering it that way, we tend to have a couple of late sign-ups most days. It'd also be easier for me to see exactly who to expect, quickly. Is there any way you could make this an option.. to show the current day's raid, or to show the next day's? Thanks!

Hi Whitney: We intended it to show the raid right up until the time it occurred - it was not doing so and skipping to the next day's for your site due to a bug which is now fixed =)

8 Toes, I hate to be a thorn in your side, however, I just loaded the "next raid" feature on our site, and it is not showing today's raid, tomorrow's raid, or any raid.

Is there something I need to activate in order for it to pull the Calendar info?

Thanks!

Hi Vanora:

The Next Raid block is designed to allow users to sign-up for the next raid, and show the possible participants for it - so it only shows events which are of type participation (which allow sign-ups and participants).

If you change the raid on your calendar for today from a normal event to a participation event you will see it show up in the next raid block =)

When there isn't an upcoming raid can the message say "There are no upcoming raids" or "There is no upcoming raid" rather than "There is no upcoming raids." Thanks
