We have pushed live a small update this morning, adding three new blocks you can add to your guild site

Recruitment Block
The recruitment block allows you to let potential new members see which classes your guild is interested in recruiting. Each class can be set to "Open" or "Closed" for recruitment status, and you can also specify an urgency, with "Low" represented by a blue down pointing arrow and "High" with a red up pointing arrow, and the amount of that class you are looking to recruit - you can set -1 as the amount for that class and it will not show the number.

If you are logged in and have admin+ permissions there is a small edit icon in the bottom right corner of the block you can use to quickly update your recruitment status.

If you are not logged in, the "Apply For Membership" link is shown near the bottom of the Recruitment block to allow new members to quickly apply.

Donations Block
Many guilds have setup a paypal donations block using the HTML block, so to simplify things we have made an official donations block, where you can just enter your paypal email address that will accept the donations and optionally a custom message.

Guild Stats Block
For guilds that love stats we have added a new stats block called Guild Stats, which shows tallies for your members and characters. The block will show the members count for each rank and the characters count for each class and race. The block can be configured to hide the ranks and races information.

This is great I will use all three.

Is there any way I can have the guild stats show everyone who is in the guild even if they have not registered on the web site. The WOW armory will show a list of all who are in the guild, is it possible to have a list like that ?

Hi Buggyman: Our current schedule is the theming update (what we are currently working on) and then two new feature updates. Following those we were intending to focus on game-specific features for a few updates, which will include new features that pull data from the armory for WoW (and the new WoW guild banks, if they are accessible via the web as hinted) and also game-specific features for other MMORPGs =)

Love the new boxes! I have not played with it yet, can I change the Classes to ones for other MMO's such as WarHammer or LotRO?

Hi Gams: It uses the classes you have set in the guild settings - so if you have set the warhammer or lotro classes for your site they will be the ones shown in the recruitment block =)

Nice update!
Any possibility of getting a small text field in the recruitment box so we can say something like "Need 2 healers, any healing class OK"

Hi Aldoric: We're aiming to put another block or two up shortly (this weekend/early next week), with that update I'll make the message on the recruitment block customizable, so you can specify roles you may need within it =)
