With Aion's release due in September, we wanted to release some nice starting themes for Aion guilds this summer!
Iaemer (Blue, Red, Purple Dark Versions)      Theme Details: Iaemer Blue, Iaemer Red Iaemer Purple Iaemer Dark Bara (Blue and Green Versions)   Theme Details: Bara Blue, Bara Green Embre (Brown and Remix Versions)   Theme Details: Embre Brown, Embre Remix Also remember we provide you with a full theme editor you can use to create your own themes and edit any of the existing public ones. The public themes section is a great place to find a base theme which you can then tweak, customize and personalize for your guild; just click the "Load" button next to any theme and it will allow you to fully customize it, and after you're done you can then apply it to your guild site =)

The layout is customizable separate from the theme.
You modify the layout from the Layout tab of your Site Admin =)
